What is CUisp? CUisp (Credit Union Internet Service Program) is a product of Credit Union National Association. Chesnut Run Federal Credit Union is proud to offer this Internet service connection to its members as
another value-added service.
CUisp’s connection offers fast, reliable, affordable, unlimited Internet access to surf and search the World Wide Web; 3 email addresses for your online communication needs; and 5mb of personal web page space.
Are there any access limitations? CUisp offers more than 2,200 Points of Presence (POPs) and access numbers throughout 60 countries, meaning fewer busy signals and worldwide accessibility for you. Log on to www.cuisp.com to view a complete list of local access numbers and countries served. Moreover, you can access your email via the Web from any computer once you’ve enrolled in the service.
What kind of equipment do I need? CUisp works on any computer; any platform. For Windows, you’ll require a minimum 486/66 processor with 12mb RAM, 16mb with active desktop; 40/70mb hard disk space (depending
on installation selection type); and a 14.4 or greater modem. For Windows NT: 16mb RAM, 24mb with active desktop; service pack 3 or higher. On a Macintosh platform: 68030 or greater processor; System 7.1 or higher; 8mb RAM with
Virtual Memory (12mb recommended); 8.5mb hard disk space for Java VM, Open Transport 1.1.1 or
higher, or Mac TCP 2.06 if you are a dial-up user, configure PPP or similar PPP connection software (control panel) with PPP (extension).
How much does it cost?
The service is only $15.95 per month for unlimited access.
What are my payment options? Automatic payment
options include direct debit from your CRFCU or other checking account, or you can charge the monthly fee to your CRFCU or other Visa or MasterCard.

How soon can I begin using the service? Your account is activated the minute you finish the sign-on process. You can begin using your email address and building your personal web page as soon as you wish.

How do I access my email? The installation process automatically places the Outlook Express
icon on your desktop (unless you’ve reconfigured to select Netscape Messenger as your preferred software). Simply double click on this icon to reach your login page, then enter your username and password. To access your email
account from another computer via the Word Wide Web, enter the following address in your browser’s URL: http://mail.cuisp.com:8383 and enter your username and password. Please contact customer support (1-888-884-6386) for assistance with configuration of Netscape mail account(s).
How do I access the Internet? The installation process automatically places the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop. Simply double click on this icon and enter your username and password, then click

How do I add email addresses? Your initial email address is
established at signup. For set-up assistance with your 2 additional free email accounts, contact customer support at 1-888-884-6386.
